PSQCA issues notices:violations of the quality standards

Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) has issued notices to all those companies who are not adhering to the standards set by the authority and all those manufacturers who are involved in producing sub standard goods.

According to a press release issued by the PSQCA, It said that the Director General of SQCA, Abdul Ghaffar Soomro has taken a strict notice of the violations of the quality standards terming it as an act that endangers the lives of the people and it will not be allowed.

He added that the standards are to be strictly enforced in the fields of cement, steel, oil, ghee, and mineral water. The use of substandard raw materials and production procedures should be stopped immediately, he concluded.
